Yoga with Paula in the spacious meeting room at the Merrimac Library in Merrimac, MA
- Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:30 pm – Basic/Beginner Yoga (for those new to yoga or just want to ease back into it).
Saturdays 8:00 am – 9:15 am – Intermediate Power Yoga with weights (for those already practicing yoga who want a great full-body workout and a challenge)
Sundays 9:30 – 10:30 am – Gentle/ Slow Flow Yoga (great for all levels and those with limitations and/or injuries).
Yoga by the River has finally begun.
- Jennifer Freeman and I are excited to announce that Yoga by the River has started and will continue on Sunday mornings throughout the summer & early fall (weather permitting). Jennifer and I will alternate most Sundays for the remainder of the season. The time of the classes will switch to 8:30 once it’s warmer.

- The location of the classes is on the grass on Main St. in Amesbury along the Merrimack River between houses #391 and # 417.
- Please parallel park along the grassy side of the street. Everyone must bring their own mat and gear. We recommend bringing water and a large towel to place under your mat, and sunglasses if it’s sunny. We will allow drop-ins.

Additional Information If you plan to attend any of the classes at the library, please email harmonyyoga92@gmail.com . Please plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to class. Plan on wearing comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. I recommend that you don’t come to class with a full stomach. It is a good idea to allow a few hours after eating a meal to practice yoga or have a light snack that’s easy to digest prior to class.
