Schedule of Summer Classes

  • Tuesdays  5:30 – 6:30 pm – Basic/Beginner Yoga (for those new to yoga or just want to ease back into it).

Saturdays  8:00 am – 9:15 am – Intermediate Power Yoga with weights  (for those already practicing yoga who want a great full-body workout and a challenge)

Sundays 9:30 – 10:30 am – Gentle/ Slow Flow Yoga    (great for all levels and those with  limitations and/or injuries). 

Yoga by the River has finally begun. 

  • Jennifer Freeman and I are excited to announce that Yoga by the River has started and will continue on Sunday mornings throughout the summer & early fall (weather permitting). Jennifer and I will alternate most Sundays for the remainder of the season. The time of the classes will switch to 8:30 once it’s warmer.
  • **Please see all details below to sign up for classes.** 
  • The location of the classes is on the grass on Main St. in Amesbury along the Merrimack River between houses #391 and # 417.
  • Please parallel park along the grassy side of the street. Everyone must bring their own mat and gear.  We recommend bringing water and a large towel to place under your mat, and sunglasses if it’s sunny. We will allow drop-ins.

 Pricing as of January 1, 2023

$14 – drop in class
(only $12 for students and/or seniors 65+)

$80 for 8 classes ( to be used in 3 months)

$60 for unlimited classes for 1 month
                                       Cash , check or Venmo will be accepted.
* If we do not have a waiver on file for you, then you’ll need to fill one out.    We will send it to you via email, if needed.*

Additional Information    If you plan to attend any of the classes at the library, please email harmonyyoga92@gmail.com .  Please plan to arrive 5 minutes prior to class.  Plan on wearing comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.   I recommend that you don’t come to class with a full stomach. It is a good idea to allow a few hours after eating a meal to practice yoga or have a light snack that’s easy to digest prior to class.
