Tween Yoga Series

Open to tweens grades 5 – 9
Mondays 4 – 5 pm
February 12th – March 26th  (No class February 19th)
Tweens are under a lot of pressure these days! Yoga classes can help them learn to listen to their breath, to slow down, to stretch their bodies and feel accepted. This class will help with flexibility, strength, body awareness & image, and self-confidence. Tweens will learn yoga poses and ways to reduce stress while practicing to fun music. Tweens need a break too!

$60 for 6-week series; $55 sibling discount

Yoga is a fun way for children to develop important skills in a fun, non-competitive environment. Some of the many benefits of Yoga include: improved strength and flexibility, increased concentration, focus & attention, increased self esteem and self confidence, decreased anxiety, increased trust and compassion, strengthens immune system, develops correct posture, and helps to release stress.
