Schedule of Classes



  • $10 for drop in yoga classes for students (high school or college)

  • $10 for Seniors (over 65)

  • $50 unlimited classes for one month  (new students only)

Schedule of Ongoing Classes at Merrimac Library,  86 W. Main St. Merrimac, MA (held in the spacious meeting room).


  • Tuesdays – Beginner Yoga @ 5:30 pm  (for those new to yoga or just getting back into it).
  • Fridays – Gentle Yoga @ 8:30 am  (on hold until June).                                                                                    
  • Saturdays – Intermediate Power Yoga @ 8:00 am  (for those already practicing yoga who want a challenging class).
  • Sundays – Basic Slow Flow Yoga @ 4:30 pm  ( Slow flow class great for all levels). 

**Regular fee for Merrimac classes is $12 per drop in class or $80 for 9 one hour classes**

Fees can be paid via cash, check or can be paid via PayPal.


Additional Information

If you plan to attend any of the classes, please email to ensure your space.  Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to sign in and set up.  Plan on wearing comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat if you have one.  I have a few on hand to borrow for the first few classes, but if you sign up for a session, you’ll be required to purchase one.  Most department stores sell them now.  I recommend that you don’t come to class with a full stomach. It is a good idea to allow 2-3 hours after eating a meal to practice yoga or have a light snack that’s easy to digest prior to class.
